We want you to love your Ubuntu Life purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Every purchase supports our meaningful work in Kenya, and we strive to make the return process as seamless as possible for our community.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
